Shelter-In-Place Meals

During this time of shelter-in-place, I continue to offer my completely customized meal packages. I will cook your meals in my home kitchen and offer free delivery within 30 minutes of Oakland.

I follow these measures to ensure all shopping, preparation, and delivery of meals are sanitary and safe:

  • Wear face mask and gloves while shopping. Sanitize grocery cart before entering store. Wash hands and face thoroughly when arriving at home and before unpacking groceries.

  • Use only new paper and plastic bags for groceries.

  • Spray and wipe down all surfaces in kitchen with disinfectant before and after cooking.

  • No contact delivery. I will text or email you the total for your meals, including groceries. You may pay via PayPal or Venmo. We will agree on a time for your meal delivery. I will leave your meals on your doorstep or agreed upon spot.

  • Pick-up is also available.

How Do We Make This Happen?

We first begin with a phone conversation to discuss your food preferences, nutritional needs, and scheduling .  I can cook for you, weekly or every other week, depending on your needs. Before your scheduled cook day, I will email you a menu of proposed meals for your approval.  On your scheduled cook days, I will come to your home with all the necessary ingredients and cook for 3-4 hours on agreed meals and make sure to leave your kitchen clean.  I will leave all meals in your fridge clearly labeled with heating instructions.

Weekly/Bi-Weekly Meal Packages & Pricing

I have three different packages from which you can choose. If you don't see a package that suits your needs we can also create a customized package just for you!

All Packages are $400 + groceries and include:

Menu planning, shopping, preparation of meals, & kitchen cleanup.

*Cost of groceries/ingredients is not included and will be added to the package price. Prices of groceries will vary depending menu and how meat heavy your menu may be.

Choose 3 One-Pot Meals (4-6 portions of each, 12-18 total meals)

The Weekly Cookup is a blend of simple veggies and meats to mix and match for your meals as well as a couple One-Pot meals that are ready to eat when you are!

Weekly Cookup   

2 Veggies, 2 Meats, & 2 One-Pot Meals. (Each Veggie, Meat, One-Pot Meal, includes 4-6 servings, 24 servings total)      

Choose 2 Vegetables-Steamed or Roasted:                                         

Examples: Curried Cauliflower, Blistered Green Beans, Spaghetti Squash, Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, Broccoli with Parmesan and Lemon etc... 

Choose 2 meats-Roasted or Browned:

This is just a taste of what I love to cook and some of my clients' favorites. We will discuss your own personal food preferences, what meats-if any-you prefer, if you would like vegetarian options, how spicy you like your food, what foods you dislike, if you'd like to try eating following a specific diet (like Paleo, Gluten Free), etc...

I encourage you to send me recipes you find that sound good or dishes you have enjoyed so I know what you like and can cook it for you!

Group Gatherings/ Dinner Parties

I am also available to prepare a special meal for a small group gathering or dinner party up to 10 people.  We will create a menu together, respecting your guests dietary restrictions as needed.  *Price will depend on the menu decided upon and number of guests.
