HOW MY SERVICES WORK

My process begins with understanding your dietary needs and preferences. All of your meals are customized to your specific tastes and needs. We begin with scheduling a 30 minute phone call consultation. During this time, we will discuss you an your family and/or guests’ dietary needs and personal food preferences. I want to know what flavors you prefer and what foods you love. I want to hear about the experience you are hoping for. I create a menu that will carry you and your family through your busy work week. You will have dinners and enough leftovers for lunches and/or food to freeze for another time. I shop for all necessary ingredients, prepare your meals in one day, package everything up in your own glass containers, label everything and leave heating directions as needed.


Meal Packages

I offer 3 different meal packages that are fully customizable, according to your dietary needs and preferences. My services include menu planning, shopping, preparation of meals and kitchen cleanup. All meal packages are $500 plus reimbursement for groceries. My service includes: menu planning, shopping, preparation of meals, & kitchen cleanup.  The following examples of meals are only a glimpse of what is possible. I am constantly researching recipes, various diets, and exploring new cuisines. I welcome clients to share family recipes or all time favorite comfort foods that you love. If you don't see a package that suits your needs we can also create a customized package just for you. You are free to change your meal packages from week to week.

All packages are $500 plus reimbursement for groceries. Groceries for most meal packages run around $150-$200 for all organic vegetables and sustainable meats-depending on your menu.

Package 1: Weekly COokup

The Weekly Cook-up is the most popular package as it allows you to mix and match vegetables and meats and includes one-pot meals that are all-in-one-like a soup, stew, salad, or casserole. You choose 2 Veggies, 2 Meats, & 1 One-Pot Meal. Each veggie, meat, and one-pot meal includes 4-6 servings.

Examples of Meats:

  • Roasted Chicken Pieces: Ras Al Hanout, Harissa, BBQ Rub, Soy Ginger Garlic, Fresh Lemon & Herb, Ethiopian Spice

  • Pulled Kailua Pork

  • Roasted Moroccan Salmon 

  • Thai Larb-Ground Turkey with Thai Spices

Examples of Vegetables:

  • Roasted Curried Cauliflower

  • Blistered Green Beans

  • Spaghetti Squash-Great Substitute for Pasta for Meals

  • Balsamic Brussels Sprouts w/Pancetta and Slivered Almonds

  • Broccoli with Parmesan and Lemon Zest

Examples of One-Pot Meals:

  • Braised Chicken w/Artichoke Hearts, Chickpeas and Castelvetrano Olives   

  • Sweet Potato Lentil Soup

  • Coq Au Vin or Beef Bourguignon 

  • Pasta Free “Lasagna” with Zucchini Noodles, Swiss Chard, & Ground Turkey    

  •  Cuban Fricasse de Pollo

Package 2: One-Pot Meals

The One-Pot Meal Package includes a choice of 3 One-Pot Meals which is about 4-6 servings of each and a total of 12-18 total meals. These meals are great for leftovers or to freeze for later enjoyment.

Examples of One-Pot Meals:

  • Thai Turkey Meatballs with Udon Noodles

  • Homemade Chicken Pot Pie

  • Braised Lemon Chicken with Artichokes and Olives

  • Jamaican Curried Chicken Stew

  • Rustic Tuscan White Bean, Kale, & Sausage Stew

  • Thai Green Curry with Boneless Beef Short Ribs

  • Mejadera-Egyptian Style Lentils and Rice with Caramelized Onions

Package 3: entrees & SIdes

The Entrees & Sides Package includes 3 main entrees and 3 sides, a great choice for someone that wants to mix and match veggies and proteins throughout the week. Each dish has 4-6 servings, for a total of 12-18 meals.

Examples of Entrees:

  • Spicy Shrimp and Greens with Cheesy Grits

  • Skillet Chicken with Lemon Cream Sauce

  • "Grown Up" Mac & Cheese with Smoked Gouda and Ham

  • Slow-roasted Baby Back Pork Ribs

  • Indian Spiced Roasted Salmon w/Cucumber Yogurt Raita

Examples of Sides:

  • Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts w/Sliced Almonds

  • Carrot and Chickpea Salad with Cumin & Cilantro Dressing

  • Roasted Rainbow Sweet Potatoes w/Cumin and Coconut Oil

  • Kale, Farro, and Feta Salad

  • Moroccan Barley Salad w/Olives and Preserved Lemons

I am available to prepare a special meal for a gathering, dinner party, or brunch for up to 15 people.  Having a personal chef prepare a special meal for a special occasion is an incredible experience for you as the host and all of your guests! Surprise your sweetie with a romantic date night, a special meal just for two. I will create a menu based on what your vision is and take into consideration your guests dietary preferences and restrictions. Price will depend on the menu decided upon and the number of guests.

Example Dinner Menu:

  • Prosciutto Wrapped Gorgonzola with Arugula

  • Kale Salad with Pine Nuts, Currants, & Parmesan and Lemon Vinaigrette

  • Roasted Delicata Squash with Fresh Herbs, Pomegranate, and Pumpkin seeds

  • Cauliflower Fritters with Minted Pea Dip

  • Baked Salmon with Tomato Cucumber and Caper Salsa

  • Salted Butter Apple Galette with Maple Whipped Cream

Example Brunch Menu:

  • Kale Salad with Asian Pear, Paprika, Pepitas, and Mustard Dressing

  • Baked Eggs in Tomato Sauce with Ground Pork or Bacon,Prosciutto or Black Forest Ham and Parmesan or Feta

  • Beignets-Baked or fried with Chocolate Dipping Sauce & Condensed Milk
